85th Annual Builders Bash

Awards Banquet:  7:00 P.M.

After Party:  Immediately following banquet

AGCOK Builders' Bash Registration:  Registration is completed through the electronic "REGISTER" button beginning this year.  Paper applications will no longer be accepted.  Registration will be closed beginning January 18, 2025.  Understand that by submitting registration to AGCOK, full payment must be made unless cancellation is made no later then Friday, January 17, 2025.  No refunds available beginning January 18, 2025.

*Larger groups will automatically be placed in close proximity.

**Registration includes: dinner, four drink tickets that can be redeemed during the cocktail or after parties, and a give-away item that will ship to the company AFTER the 85th Builders' Bash Celebration.

***VIP Table Service:  you and your guests never have to leave your table during the awards banquet.  You will have wait staff designated to your table who will bring you and your guests your beverage of choice throughout the evening.  VIP table service is $1,000 per table and includes a total of six drink tickets per person.  (Two in addition to the four received with registration).

Wardrobe:  Business or cocktail attire is encourage for the banquet.  Cocktail attire is a balance between formal & casual and elegant & comfortable.  Men typically wear a suit and tie, while women wear a cocktail dress.

Hotel Registration:  The official AGCOK room block is held at the OMNI Hotel Downtown Oklahoma City.  ALL room reservations must be made by December 27, 2024 to be guaranteed the discounted room rate of $249.00 for a single and double, $269.00 for triple and $289.00 for quad.
