Michael Leitch | Director of Construction Services - Broken Arrow Public Schools 

Michael Leitch brings nearly four decades of construction experience to his role as Director of Construction Services for Broken Arrow Public Schools. A Tulsa native, he began his career in 1988 with a regional firm later acquired by Nabholz Construction, before spending 14 years with Flintco’s Oakridge Builders division, advancing to Senior Superintendent. Michael then spent 13 years guiding the Tulsa City-County Library system through smaller branch projects and its landmark $55 million downtown Central Library renovation. Since joining Broken Arrow in 2021, he has successfully steered over $100 million in critical public bond projects. Having managed complex projects from both the contractor and owner perspective, Michael offers unique insights into forging valuable, transparent partnerships between construction firms and school districts.
