Ready to Join? It’s Easy — Just Follow These Steps

  1. Choose the membership type that best describes your company: General Contractor, Specialty Contractor, Supplier, Service Provider, Industry Partner, or Professional Affiliate.
  2. Select the appropriate level based on your company’s size or business volume.
  3. Fill in your contact and company information.
  4. Review the membership terms, then click Next to submit.

Select An Option

A construction firm capable of undertaking work as a prime contractor with overall responsibility for the satisfactory completion of a project and performs 20% or more of their volume as a General Contractor.

A construction firm who usually contracts to a general or an owner for specialized work and whose responsibility is the completion of a specific portion of a project.

Any company furnishing equipment, material or supplies to a contractor.

Any firm providing professional services to a contractor or supplier (typical company types would include accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurance providers, bonding agents/underwriters, testing, staffing, etc.)

A company, agency or institution providing a professional service to the construction industry for which a contractor license is not required. This group is by invitation only (typical companies would include design professionals).

Any individuals or companies that perform primarily as an Owners Representative, Program Manager or Developer. Any firm that has common ownership with, controls or is controlled by another firm that is qualified to be a Contractor Member or Specialty Contractor Member of the Association shall not be eligible for an Industry Partner Membership in the Association. Labor organizations or representatives thereof are not eligible for Industry Partner Membership.
