Description

The WFDC will be hosting 130 educators, guidance counselors, superintendents and some principals for the day… this day is a required day for the participating Educators to attend through their districts. We will have an industry speaker panel for the Educators after they leave their perspective job site tours that morning on 7/14/2023 We will then provide them and our speakers/guests lunch at 11:40 am and begin at 12:45pm(ish) ending at 3:00 pm. The Industry Panel will have an opportunity for each speaker to speak on his/her company and the needs they have and how they could go to work there, what their daily work life is like, tell some impactful stories, and touch on the workforce shortage and then an open floor Q&A session in a panelist like form with all facets of our industry on stage, enlightening the Educators and educating them on our industry.
