Friday, June 13th

9:00-10:30 A.M., Check-in with AGCOK (Hotel Lobby)

11:00-12:00, Day 1 AGCOK Olympics (The Anchor Lawn)

12:00 P.M., Picnic & Water Bounce Houses (The Anchor Lawn) & Family Free Time

5:30, Roof Top Reception (Hotel, 2ND Floor Rooftop)

6:30-9:30, KIDZONE (Hotel, First Floor Room TBD)

Saturday, June 14th

8:00-9:30, Breakfast Buffet (On the Hotel lawn outside of Doc's Restaurant)

9:30-1:00, Family Free Time (9:30-12:30, Water Bounces Houses Open)

1:00-2:00, Day 2 AGCOK Olympics (The Anchor)

2:00-5:30, Enjoy The Anchor!

5:30, Dinner at The Anchor

6:30-9:30, KIDZONE (Hotel, First Floor Room TBD)

Sunday, June 15th 

8:00, Breakfast & Closing Ceremonies (On the Hotel lawn outside of Doc's Restaurant)

REGISTRATION

Adults (11 years old +) - $475 each

Children (4-10 years old) - $225 each

Children (Birth to 3 years old) - No charge

KIDZONE (Must be at least 4 years old to attend)

Registration Includes:  All activities listed in the Agenda of Events, 4 drink tickets, Picnic, Rooftop Reception, KidZone, breakfast on Saturday & Sunday and dinner on Saturday night.  Activities, including Family Free Time, that are scheduled outside of this agenda are the responsibility of the scheduling party.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  A full refund will be issued for any cancellation received in writing to audra.aldridge@agcok.com no later than June 5, 2025.  No refund for any cancellation received after June 5, 2025.

Hotel reservations must be made by midnight on May 22, 2025 to receive the group rate of $199.00 per night.
