We are Program Managers and Owner Representatives for commercial construction master planning, design, and construction management of large complex projects.  We listen intently to the owner’s needs, understand the objectives, and provide the overall leadership to get there.  D2C has multi-disciplined talent with proven experience in program definition, planning, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and closeout.  We are not simply a “reporting to” mechanism for general oversight.  We are planners that control the process.  D2C identifies cost-effective design solutions, contract document ambiguities, and mission-critical components that impact both cost, and risk exposure.  We evaluate with the design team for solutions that are truly in the best interest of the project.  Providing overall leadership and a passionate work ethic from program inception to completion is what matters for true project success.
